Day Trip to Myerscough College & Daisy Clough Garden Centre
Date: Wednesday, 11th September.
Cost: £16 for members & £18 for non-members.
The price includes the coach travel and entrance fees. At Myerscough College there are Tropical and Temperate Glass Houses, a cacti display, one acre of gardens, plant sale & café. There will be an organised tour for those who wish to hear about the work of the college. Daisy Clough Nurseries and Tearoom is a short ride away. The nursery sells plants not usually found at garden centres & the cakes are not bad either.
