PARBOLD WI NEWS
The first meeting of the New Year is on 4 January commencing at the usual time of 7.30 pm. The speaker for the evening is Rhona Whiteford and her talk is entitled A Modern Cottage Industry. We have had a few new members joining us recently and we would welcome anyone else who would like to give us a try.
As announced last month the WI Pantomime is back. Mother Goose will be staged at the WI between 25 and 29 January 2022. Tickets will go on sale from the 1 December at the DIY Store here in Parbold. Adults £7.50 - Children £5.50. This is a very popular event and certain performances sell out very quickly.
Our Hall is also available for hire. It is a very popular venue for holding children’s parties/family celebrations and if anyone is thinking about starting a regular tutor led class in the future, we do have time slots available.
