Tues 25th August 2026: Claire Ollet: “Everywhere the glint of gold.” This talk looks at the build-up to the discovery of Tutankhamen, the events of that fateful day in November 1922 (and the immediate aftermath), as well as some of the amazing artefacts that captured the imaginations of people the world over.
