"Free Active Weight" courses and drop-ins at Parbold WI.

Lose weight and feel great with our free courses running at

the Parbold WI 9.30- 10.30am from 5th September,

No need to book just turn up and we can get you started. The course runs for 10 weeks covering a variety of topics to help you drop them pounds and is followed by an optional 45 minute walk to help you get more active. Average weight loss over the 10 weeks is at least stone.
