Friday 13th September, 9.30am at Parbold W.I. Classes continue at the same time every week.

Feel calmer, more confident and back in life’s driving seat with our Free Well-Being Taster Classes. I’m holding two free well-being taster sessions with an introduction to techniques such as meditation, breathing exercises, effective habits, gratitude and lots more!
