Local artist NORMAN FOULDS will be exhibiting a range of artwork pictures, priced to suit all pockets, at Parbold Library from Tuesday 19th October through to Tuesday 30th November.
There will be different types of subject matter on display, and this will vary throughout the exhibition period.
