Parbold WI News
6 Sep. 2022 at 7.30 pm. The monthly meeting of the Parbold WI will take place in the hall. The speaker this month will be Joan Hardwick whose talk will be on the life of a NAFAS (National Association of Flower Arrangement Societies) demonstrator, however, this could be subject to a late change. Visitors and prospective new members are welcome.
If you wish to book the hall, it is available for weekly sessions for classes or for private parties: it is increasingly popular for birthday parties, wedding receptions and other events. Please contact Sylvia at sylvia.jwright@btinternet.com or ring the PWI booking line on 07984 274802.
Lunch Club will start again after its summer break on Tuesday 6 September and Tuesday 20 September. This is open to all older residents in the village and we would welcome new diners. We offer a two-course meal and drink for £6.50 serving from 12.30 pm. If you are interested in joining our Lunch Club please phone our booking line as we need to know numbers for catering purposes.
