The Wayfarer

The pub part of the Wayfarer building is one of the oldest buildings in Parbold dating back to the late 1700's.  It became a restaurant in the 1960's called the Parikuhn.  It is now a family run freehouse. We have been here 13 years and have created a relaxed place serving the highest standard of food, beer & wine.

We are proud of our traditional cask ales; there are 4 pumps – house ale, a local guest, a premium guest and a random guest.

Our menus are diverse and eclectic from sandwiches, pub classics (including the best fish & chips for miles around) to contemporary a-la-carte – all homemade and freshly prepared. Main course prices start from £5 and our menus are online.

We have recently opened a new sunny Italian 'Viandante' conservatory next door; the glass atrium creates a light and modern atmosphere in contrast to the cosy pub.

We are now offering affordable ‘early doors’ at tea time 5 - 7 Mon – Thurs. Starters are £3.50, pizzas & pastas £5, children's meals from £3 and include an ice cream. Our menus and opening times are on our website at www.wayfarerparbold.co.uk
